We offer as much as we are able to for your land, but it has to be worth it for us to purchase.  If you are after the highest price for your land, we are probably not your best option. 

In order to get the highest price for your land, you will need to hire a real estate agent and wait until the right buyer comes along.  That often is a lengthier process than you typically find with buying and selling homes.  What we can offer is a much faster process and we handle everything. 

It can happen in as little as 15 days in some cases. We aim for a 30 day close typically. In certain situations in may take longer to do a title search.   

This will typically be listed on an tax statement or tax bill for the property that you've received.  It is generally available online through your county government's website.
